HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once a hire date has been confirmed and we have received your booking fee, we will arrange a convenient time to give you a call and go through our booking form. After that you can sit back and relax knowing that you are fully booked in and ready for the installation date.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
We offer service discounts available up to 10% off, currently these are available for NHS staff, this however cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers ongoing at the time. We often run different offers which will be advertised on our website.
WHY THURSDAY TO MONDAY?
All of our Hot Tubs once filled require around 10 -12 hours to heat to the perfect temperature. Therefore we install the Hot Tub on a Thursday to allow it to reach the perfect temperature ready for the Friday. This gives you 3 full days/nights to enjoy your hire before we collect on a Monday.
HOW DO YOU FILL THE HOT TUB?
We will use the nearest water source to fill your hot tub, ideally an outside tap however we do have different adaptors so we can use inside taps also. On collection day we will empty your hot tub using a pump, this will dispense the water away from your property preferably to a drainage point.
